This villa is one of our largest and one of our most charming villas with captivating historic architecture and charming southwest decor, it is a preferred choice for large groups. Guests particularly appreciate the spacious living room, well equipped large kitchen, BBQ and private enclosed backyard that backs up to our serene and peaceful Mesquite Bosque and park.
Nestled on 5.7 acres, Solana Spanish Villas is far more than a vacation rental; it's a destination! Our Spanish red brick house boasts rustic log ceilings and striking brick paver floors throughout. The main living room and dining room are adorned with original beam ceilings sourced from our very own Mount Lemmon historic sawmill. Experience the Spanish charm and modern comforts at our historic mini-resort style villas in Tanque Verde, East Tucson.

PETS: We are a dog friendly mini resort. A pet fee for each dog, per stay is required with a maximum of 2 dogs per reservation. No cats or other pets are allowed. Only non-aggressive dog breeds under 55 pounds are allowed. Aggressive breeds, including but not limited to Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, and Doberman Pinschers, are strictly prohibited.
NOTE: Host/homeowner lives on the property, in a completely separate house.

Absolutely beautiful home on a stunning property! We had a group of 7 and there was way more than enough space for all of us to spread out and have some privacy! The hosts were so so kind and responsive - the shower wasnt draining as well one day and the host was at our home fixing it minutes after I sent the message, and that was the only issue we had the entire time!! Highly recommend if you’re in the area, it was an excellent deal h

The most satisfied I've been at a rental property
This property was very clean. The host was so accessible, easy to work with and understanding (our kids got into some stuff they weren't supposed to and she was so kind). I have never stayed at a better stocked vacation rental! Ample towels, provided shampoo, conditioner, body wash. The kitchen was so we'll stickies! It has an air fryer, pressure cooker, crock pot, ninja blender, sharp knives, spices, all the right cooking utensils and pots. There was provided laundry detergent and even Portuguese stain remover. Everyone enjoyed the outdoor spaces, so much for the kids to do. The oil was great, pickleball fun (with provided equipment), basketball, hammocks, axe throwing. The beds and pillows were the most comfortable I've ever had on vacation. I slept amazing.The property was only a ten minutes drive to Walmart grocery pick up. A ten minutes drive to Costco, ten minutes to trader Joe's. 15 minutes to the national park We chose these villas for a bachelorette gathering for my sister. Nine women stayed for the weekend and we thoroughly enjoyed the big dining table, private outdoor patio, wonderful rooms, and full kitchen. Everyone commented how perfect the housing was for a celebration and get-away. Definitely recommend! Audrey

Solana Villa's was great place for our high school softball team. The girls enjoyed the many amenities and the space. Everything was beautiful.
